Finally took them off!

After much pondering i decided to take them off. The 3 crossrails on the roof rack were so easy to remove and really help the water drain. I really like the way it looks without the rails now. pics tommorow!

claybar and wax the car along with the roof. you should be able to buff it together pretty well so you dont notice it as much
 
Do we really need a new thread every time someone takes off their running boards?

My running boards are still on, and i knew someone would fall for the title, its for my roof rails.:biggrin2::biggrin2::biggrin2::naughty:

Either way, I still say the same...especially since you didnt post pics either!

Nice. IMO it looks cleaner without the OEM rack installed. I want a legit Safari rack so until then I'm in the buff

too much off there, the 3rd gens look akward without a proper rack and without the rear visor, so yours looks very akward to me.

To each his own. My rear spoiler is actually painted silver. Just can't see it in this pic :surfer:
