Firestone Tire Sale Factory Pricing

So I just heard that firestone will be having a sale on sunday only where you get direct pricing which is like 15-30% less than the prices right now on there website. It's a good deal for those looking to get tires. They have the Primewell PA100 31x10.5x15 for 91$ right now and I am guessing on sunday it will be 70-80$ each. So I am thinking of getting those since they aren't bad for basic off roading tires.

Just thought I would let those who need tires know.

Ol negative nancy coming in here with the firestones arent good. Im assuming you say this because of the recall they had? I would love to have some destination MT. I havent ran them but have buddies that did and love them. Really good times.

i guess its just their street tires. from the reviews i have heard there streets arent good.

Firestone has a very competitive tire for both on the street and off. My next tires are already ordered Firestone AT's. Have a set on my 4wd Jeep now and they perform very well on the street and in the mud and rock of the mountains a couple of weeks ago.

BTW, I manage a fleet of a little over 100 vehicles for a local PD and we run all Firestone.

Better street traction with the Firehawk then Goodyears, but they are softer.

It says they have the Destination LE LTR for 112.99$ right now so I am guessing less than 100$ for them on sale that come with a 60k warranty. Should I just get the Primewell PA100 ones or go for the Destination? I am mostly going for look and won't really be off roading since I only have a 2WD.

never heard anything about the Primewell, did a quick search http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42069 Id get the RoadHazzard with them, but thats just me, lol

Not taking sides here but this is an internet forum...it's typed words. How they are meant and read are 2 different things. Anyway I personally think Firestones have a bad name because of the recall thing on Explorers (which if I remember correctly was because the tag in the door said some stupidly low psi). I would buy Firestones all day long over Goodyears. Thats personal taste though and when it coems to street tires, the closest I want to one is an A/T on my trucks. Does every thread here get thrown out of context and hijacked in some way shape or form?

Not usually, its just been getting a little out of hand latley with people making ignorant post.
As for the Firestones...I never ran them before, so I cant really say one way or the other. A friend of mine just got a set of the Firestone A/T and loves them. They have a really nice tread pattern.

Just got back from my local Firestone with an appointment to get new tires tomorrow morning at 8am. and yes they are having this sale as posted. talked to the guy there and he said this deal is nationwide. kind of like friends and family deal he said. this is perfect timing for me as i was in the need for new tires. so the deal i got is this. getting a set of Firestone Destination a/t in the size 31x10.5R15 (i have a new set of 15s going on) with road hazard all mounted and balanced came to $494. pretty good deal to me. all im adding is the lifetime alignment which is not included but is going for the price of $119 (50 bux less than their regular price). not a bad deal either. So total for me is bout $600 bux and im set. really excited. take it easy. ill def get pics and let you all see
