Firewall tub question

For this who have done a tub to fit 34-35” tires, how much of the dead pedal had to be taken away?

I don’t think I’ll miss much of the space behind the brake pedal, but making the dead pedal smaller/closer would be a bit of a drag. I’m 99% sure I’ll land with a 285/75/17 toyo mt, (34.1”) or the nitto trail grappler 35x11.5x17 (34.7”) Thinking of pairing it with a 1-1.5” body lift to minimize how much fender trimming will be needed.

I’ll have a better idea after I rebuild the front end this week and cycle everything to get some real clearance measurements.

I'm stock height, tubbed to fit 285/70R17 BFG all terrains (take offs from the wife's JLUR).

I'm not sure what you mean by 'dead pedal'. I didnt' have to tub anywhere near the clutch or brake pedal. Granted...my tires are smaller than what you have planned, but my scrub radius is probably a LOT bigger since my tires stick out a good 4+ inches on each side (2" wheel spacers and 3.5" backspacing on the wheels).
