Being a responsible driver means not only knowing the rules but also abiding by them. As a novice driver, I'm always keen on having my First Aid Kit ready for use whenever needed. I am adept at ready-to-use aid kits like that compact one from TripWorthy, but they have a problem. The prep pads and wraps are just a few, and the other stuff is not always enough for more than a few uses. I keep a small basic kit for my day to day travels but when I Overland/Camp or I bring a full paramedic bag I have compiled over the years. I have different colored pouches depending on level of severity. From green for stomach stuff and blisters to Red for major wounds and bleeding.
