We do this on a custom van forum im on....
Here is how its played.

Once the first challenge is set, 4runner owners will attempt to satisfy the challenge, take a pic of his/her runner with said challenge, and post it in the thread. If the challenge is satisfied, the member will choose the next challenge.
The following rules should help clarify further:
NO illegal challenges.....

1)Must be your runner or spouses runner. Lets keep them classic...1st and 2nd gens!

2) If a challenge is not met after 3days the last winner can pick a new topic.

3) If a picture is in dispute, it needs 1 yes vote from a moderator or 3 yes votes from any forum members to be accepted.

4) After any comment, please put the current challenge at the bottom so everyone can stay up to date.

5) If a picture has been posted but a new challenge has not been picked, the current challenge is still active until (a) new challenge has been picked or another member posts another picture satisfying the challenge and picks a new challenge

Examples of challenges.
Your runner next to some real horses.
Your runner next to a port o potty (not a blue or green one)
Your runner next to a mile marker 13
Your runner next to a sushi restaurant.
Your runner next to a wrecked car.

The game is a lot of fun, it goes constantly!

Who want's to pick the first photo challenge?

I would modify the rules to say that the challenger must have a photo that satisfies the challenge they're setting. For example, I could challenge for a photo of a runner with it's top off, or a runner with one wheel in the air, but I couldn't challenge for a photo of a runner towing a boat, because I don't have a pic of that myself. That'd make it a little more interesting, what do you think?

ETA - like in the above post, Elcid couldn't make that challenge unless he actually had a picture of his 4Runner with the rubber the wrong way.

It would definitely make things more interesting, but i dont think it would move well, and would restrict its diversity...
Example:
You could issue the challenge of a runner towing a boat, but you dont own a boat so you couldnt have a picture, but it keeps the challenge going. Like in this challenge, Im sure someone has a flipped runner pic, but i sure dont lol

Well then, what's our first challenge? A 4runner with 1 wheel completely off the ground?

Oh and another rule could be that this picture has to be taken from this point on, no old pictures you already have?

Yes new pics only!!!
The challenge has already been issued of a 4runner turned over, but I hope no one will go out and turn over their runner, so I agree we will start with an easier challenge...You 4 runner with one wheel off the ground...From this point on. GO!

^^^ I'm going to throw the BS flag out here on that one. One wheel off the ground means in the air, not up on a stand, stump, jack, etc.

No dude, it's the right rear wheel that's hanging in the air. That's why I took the video, so you could see me rotate the wheel.

haha... I didn't see the video :D Okay, you win.

So, I watched the video... nice ramp to get up the stump.

The next challenge will definitely be done by me this weekend if no one does it by then :D

I tried it without, but I was flexing my IFS to the rear something fierce, and wasn't climbing the stump, even with the LSD in front. Wait'll I get my 33's on, I'll make that stump my *****.

Assuming I haven't gotten off my ass and ground it down by then. :lmao:
