Hi all,

Looking to do my first off-road run... I got a TEP w/ 5100's at 1.75 front and 1" spacer rear lift and 275 KO2's.

Based on my lurking of upcoming runs in the SoCal section over the past few months, it looks like Cleghorn (with no off-shoots), would maybe be my best bet.

Couple of questions: instead of waiting for the next run, is this safe to do alone? I have zero experience. If not Cleghorn what are some other VERY easy runs I can do to get my feet wet?

I just asked my wife if she preferred a weekend that I go and she reminded me that were taking christmas card photos this sunday. Lol. Oops!

Im clear for next Sunday but look forward to seeing pics from the rain/mud if you end up going.

Not that I know of, but I know that once you hit the trail someone can help you. That's how I did it.

There's no tutorial. We usually just meet for the run and agree on a frequency and hop on it. It's just a matter of plugging the numbers in on your baofeng.
