I saw the other post about the "Toyota" emblem. Usually when emblems are moved around, it signals some kind of bodywork was done on the vehicle. FWIW, my "Toyota" is on the lower passenger side of the tailgate.
It looks like the black one may be at a car dealer. Can they provide you with a Carfax report to show it is accident free?
