Also, another thing...I cannot seem to find a gasket for the idler pully where the radiator hose goes into. Is this just some type of silicon ? The old one appears to have had like a cardboard type gasket AND some silicon .

I only used silicon per other advice on here. Liquid gasket maker or whatever.

I just used silicone. And I'd leave the cogs the way they are and hope it's right. I got a brand new oe one and it came with the gasket for the intake side but not the hose side

Thanks. I can't seem to find what the torque is for that idler pully. I believe its idler pully no.2 on the Haynes guide but I don't see a torque value for the four bolts that mount onto the intake side
