First time Yota owner in MD

I'm a long time Jeep owner, but have always secretly loved Toyotas. I needed something a little more family friendly, but still off-road capable, so I just picked up a 3rd gen 4Runner. It's a 1997 SR5 with a 5 speed manual trans, and leather interior. I have been looking a lot, and it's the only one I've ever seen in 5 spd with leather... Is this a pretty rare truck? At any rate, I am excited to start doing some mild mods, and I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions along the way.

All 5 speeds are "rare" in my opinion. A dying breed welcome! You're gonna love that truck! You give it a name yet?

I think I love it already. I drove it home 2 and a half hours on Sunday, and I think it might be the most comfortable truck I've ever driven. I made the mistake of letting my wife take it to the grocery store yesterday... She hopped out and immediately said, "I want one!"

As for a name, I think I need to get to know her first.

As soon as I sell my current Jeep Cherokee, I can start doing some fun stuff with the 4Runner. I'm trying to keep it riding nice on the street, so any lift will be minimal. My buddy has some stock FJ Cruiser springs he said I can have. He seems to think that will get me about 1.5-2" of lift. Then I'm going to do a satoshi grill. That might be it... For now...
