Fixing center console lights

Alright, My center console lights were out when I got my 4runner, the dash lights still worked, I pulled off the hvac controls plate, then took out a bulb, and hooked a dmm between both sides of the socket and ground, measuring the resistance across the bulb (hvac panel: 1mOhm, ash tray: ~1mOhm, ignition: 12.4Ohm) So id guess the hvac and ash tray bulbs are fried, Is the dimmer/potentiometer also fried? what pins do I have to check? and is there a way to replace it with a switch, so its always on max brightness? Also, is there replacement LEDs, or do they last long enough that I shouldnt have to worry about that? Amazon links for replacement parts, or words to tell the autoparts shop workers would be awesome.

Basically dash lights worked, and center console didnt, then I dicked around with a multi-meter, and now the dash lights dont work anymore. I am turning the car to the on position, and turning the head lamp switch all the way forward, and i twisted the dimmer all the way back and forth, no luck.
