FJ 5100 Daystar 1.5 with front 1.75" pics???

I have ordered all components for the FJ/5100 lift, but cannot decide whether I want the full top setting or the 1.75" setting. A bit of rake is okay, negative rake is NO. I can't find pics of anyone running this setup, however. Anyone with pics, please share!! Much appreciated.

I would like to see the same. I have seen both, but not with my exact future set up, so we are in the same boat. I worry that the front will go into the "too high" zone and give me issues if I go to the top in front, equally concerned that there will be too much rake since I have a V8, people get so many different results....so much confusing info. so little time.

Here's a couple pictures of my FJ/5100 set up initial and currently. The first is FJ springs and 5100s set at 1.75. There was a slight reverse rake but it wasn't a deal breaker for me.

This picture is my current set up, same as before but I added a 1.5 spacer in the rear and Air Lift air bags to help when I tow my boat.

If the slight reverse rake is a no go for you then I'd definitely get a spacer or lift spring of some sort for the rear. Hope this helps. It's a great set up either way.

Thanks for the picture! I just saw it and have been mulling this over for a couple weeks with the springs/shocks/daystar sitting in my garage. If you can tell me if you have a V6 or V8? And if you had any issues getting it into alignment or CV issues after the 2.5 setting? I hope you are going to say, "Yep, its a V6, and Nope to the alignment and CV issuses". So I can make up my mind already lol.

Yep, it's a V6 and nope, no alignment issues... Hahaha. But also, I have them set at 1.75, not 2.5. It's a great set up for me (several beach trips and "snow" that Charlotte gets every couple years) hahaha. Good luck!

I have virtually the same setup as you propose (@bradentyrer). Don't know what you've done by now. I have a 1.5" daystar spacer for my rear springs and that preserves the factory rake (or almost factory, but it's really close).

im just looking for a set of fj rear coils springs from a 4 x4 and i should be set. Im going to set my 5100s up front to 2.5 and add a daystar 1.5 spacer in the rear. I do have a 2.5 spacer for the front but i dont think i want to put it on due to the reverse rake people are having.

i went throught that fj lift thread. looks like people run fj 4x4 springs all around with there 5100s set to 1.75 up front and they add a 1.5 spacer outback. the rigs who set it up this way appeared to have a more even ride.
