once i sawzalled the lower control arm bolts out about 4 hrs by myself but i did it at my work on the lift so that made things easier

dont know if i can post this here but since i installed the 6" kit i have no need for my 3/2" spacer lift that was in the truck for a whole 2 weeks with 1.5" wheel spacers and my stock rims and tires. ill take $100 for the lift $75 for the 4 wheel spacers with nuts and $400 for the stock rims and tires the tires are not great about 30% tread but they hold air and come with the tpms sensors

the front struts and springs are stock the rear springs and shocks are supplied with the rough country kit as well as the rear panhard bar....eventually ill change to a coilover up front because the kit uses a 6" spacer on top of the stock strut. the good thing about that though is i didnt give up the ride quality in front

Absolutely bolted up with no mods and no difficulty all holes lined right up with no prying or forcing

If you go on rough countrys site and search part number 770s there is a picture of the actual kit and you can downoad the instructions and see its a really simple install only trimming needed is the usual body mount and some minor fender and bumper trimming

Itll see dirt for sure but we got no rocks or tough trails here in the pines and its my daily driver so she wont see too much whoopin. Def not a tar queen or a mcdonalds cruiser

depends on how much lift they provide might need a spacer on top

the plate is for my wife. i never use it if shes not with me and id like to kill the people that use the handicap spaces either when they are not handicapped or when the driver is handicapped and they wait in the car and send their kid in who is not

Well now you can just drove over the ******* sitting in the handicapped spot.

Just park it right on top of his car... and make sure to take a picture when you do!!!

Honestly that lift looks perfect. Unfortunately I'm not mechanically savvy with cars but with a lift like this do you have to worry about extra stress being put on other parts of the car? If not, I am going to order this kit, I think it looks awesome. Also, does this kit make it more likely to roll while doing basic crawling?

Just so you know Icon makes a 6" lift Coilover for the Tacomas which should work fine for you in the future
