Yes it does I have the 6 disc jammer in mine. Plug and play.

If i am correct it will fit the 4th gen NON JBL ONLY. the external amp in the JBL system does not work simple plug and play.

I traded my FJ for the trd pro - still have the fj head unit with xm adapter if your interested.
