FLROC Offroad Trip October

I think I am going to have to wait until November before I can make it out there.

well i just got regeared and a rear air locker... so im up for november also! start a new thread pirate and we will see when we can get the most people out there... october ride is still a go though!

Also, met a guy yesterday that used to post on here a lot he said that is from Celebration area. His name is Jay (I believe that is correct) and he has a nice, clean silver 4th gen w/ some mods. I told him about the thread and hopefully he'll post on here...

Sunday isnt a good day for me to drive that far out. How about a Saturday, or maybe even a weekend camping trip or somthing like that?
 
Well derek how about we get together then on the 21st and wheel at citrus, this weekend im going to be pretty busy but might be able to help out on sunday and then the next weekend im busy until sunday also...

i dont think i got your last pm mind resending it?
 
alright, well we will figure out a time to get that lift put on your truck...

it might be for the best that you wheel your truck stock before you lift it so that you have a better idea of what it will do stock though...
 
Alright guys, getting a lil closer to the 21st so just want to do a final count, etc. I'll be driving up from Winter Park/Orlando area if anyone coming through this area will want to caravan.

Kyle, since you know the place the best, wheres a good meeting place and at what time should we be there?

well i have a buddy coming up with me in his truck, and might be able to have another friend come through from orlando. there is a burger king on the west side of 75 on SR 50 and its on the south side of the road. i say we meet there at 12ish, does that work for everyone?

Enjoyed the trip. Wish we hadn't gotten lost, but I always enjoy a nice trail ride through the woods kyle....haha. Anyways, I was really impressed with the cpapabilities of my 02 4Runner in its stock form. I needed the line shown to me almost all of the time, but that being said, the 4Runner tackled everything with almost no hesitation. As for Kyles 4Runner, very nice looking rig and def. not a garage queen (I think he'll appreciate that). We also got out of there just in time...right when we left I was caught in a monsoon basically all the way back to Orlando (I was at a steady 35-45 mph on the turnpike and I75). Gave the rig a nice bath though after being so dusty. I've put a link at the bottom of the few pictures I took before my camera died. Kyle has more that he'll post. All in all I had a good time and hope more people will come out to the Nov. ride. Maybe I'll have my lift on by then :D

Great pics guys - who brought the G Wagon? That's the only one I've ever seen off road besides Thai's.
