I just replaced my broken fog light assembly on the passenger side of my 2006 Limited T4R and it wasn't bad, but took me some time since I had nothing to go on.
All you have to do is remove the trim piece in front of the fog light assembly, remove the splash guard trim under the wheel well so you have easier access to the fog light. Remove the bulb from the housing. There is a plastic piece with tabs attached to the adjustment screw on the back of the fog light that holds the assembly in place, so you have to squeeze the tabs inward in order to back it out of the hole.
The last thing to do is just get a good grip on the assembly and pull from side to side until the side tubular pieces pop out of the holes in the bumper and then pushing away from the bumper the fog light assembly will pull out from the front end.
Just do everything in reverse.
Now that I have done it and know what to expect it shouldn't take me so long to do the other fog light assembly when it breaks.
I hope this was helpful, sorry I didn't have any pictures but it was a pain trying to do this and had to use both hands.
