Fog lights and running lights on (not DRL) and heads off

the ford truck i drive i am able to turn my fog lights on once i turn on my driving lights/ parking lights.

the only way you can turn them on is if your head lights are on. i want to change that. anyone know how our system is wired? any thoughts or ideas?

i like running around (before dark) with my fogs on. i think it looks sick.

You just need to run a jumper between the tail light fuse and fog light relay. There are several write ups on it.
