Fog lights and turn signal question

Some where in these 1000's of threads I seen where a member used some round amber lights he bought on Amazon or Ebay for the fog lights. Seemed they fit right in on a 3rd gen, I've searched and searched but I can't find the thread or post.

Also when in my son's 2000 when he hits the right turn signal sometimes it will work, other times it will give off a loud screeching noise and other times it will not work at all. The left seems to work fine, I guess a new switch is needed?

If you're looking for a near factory replacement, put Hella Micro DE fogs in the Google machine, as those are also a perfect fit.
