Fog lights don't work

I don't know if they've ever worked. I swapped the bulbs but that wasn't it.

The FR FOG relay inside the fuse box is not getting a signal to provide power when the fog switch is turned on on the stalk.

Where should I check next?

DURR the low beams have to be on in order for fogs to come on. Nothing is wrong with the car.

You'd think there would be an interlock between the two switches. Oh well, this can stay up in case someone else is searching this solution.

Good idea. Running them independent doesn't make sense EXCEPT for they shut off with the high beams on. Sometimes you just want to throw lumens down the trail.
