Fog Lights... Help please.

i have a 2001 yota 4unner and it has no fog lights installed and i want to install some. can anyone help me out here. im tryna go the cheapest rout possible and have some nice foglights that are HID.

Cheapest route possible is not HID it would be Chinese LED. ($25) Cheap does not relate to controlled light beam unless using Halogen ($50) Cheap also means less useable light output.
Don't know about your state. Most and probably all states have the same requirements for light control on fog lights as headlights.

The cheapest decent HID fog lights I know of are the 4" Red Ring Anzos.
