Wrong! St Charles Toyota in IN has them listed. You can also find them listed on Edmunds at St Charles. VIN numbers listed.

I just confirmed this if the dealership is St. Charles Toyota of ILLINOIS not Indiana. I called and their inventory of 13 2017 models are inbound and not available for purchase yet.
I could give you the VINs for the 168 2017 4Runners within a 100-mile radius of me, doesn't mean that they've hit the lots.
Redsox said "2017s have hit the lots" not that St Charles has them inbound.
I bet they are available for purchase... When I bought my 2013' they hadn't hit lots yet but I got everything wrapped up and took delivery once it got to my dealer.
St. Charles Toyota is where I go for service and they have been great, synthetic oil change for the 4Runner is half the cost of Elmhurst Toyota.

I was in agreement with you. These 2017 that Redsox claims are not available and did not even show up on Edmunds when I searched.

i've been waiting since july with a deposit for a TRD pro. is the dealer lagging on me? or is the production that limited? i haven't heard anything definitive or had any updates from the dealership. should i bail and choose another dealership? or stick with them and wait it out? hearing all these other members with almost immediate production orders makes me wonder why i'm not getting anywhere...

I stopped by a local dealership last night and had an interesting conversation with one of the salesmen. I told him I was just looking around and waiting for the 2017 TRD Pro's to come out and that I was interested in specifically a Cement one. He told me to hold on and let him check to see when they would be available to order. Well, lo and behold, he comes back and says they already have one in Cement on the way and it will be here on the 21st of next month. I'm just trying to figure out if they are really available to order or if he was pulling my leg a bit... =)

I haven't seen or heard any concrete evidence that shows a PRO will be in the states in January, FYI. The 17 4Runners will be on land by then for sure. But last I had heard, a PRO wouldn't be around till close to March

And zero indications on Toyota's website that it will ever exist in 2017. Could it be that Toyota knows of a cataclysmic disaster happening in early 2017, and they have no intention of even making 2017's?
