For Sale:1966 M416 Expedition Military Trailer

Completely refinished and re-built M416 Military Trailer. It has only been used on a few trips, the family grew and we do not all fit so we're moving to something bigger.

Trailer
- NOS pintle hitch ring.
- Fulton 2500# tongue jack, zinc plated.
- Rear stabilizer.
- Dexter 3,500# axle, with electric brakes.
(wires are run to axle from 7 pin plug, but not connected to brakes)
- NOS M416 leaf springs, with lift shackles.
- Spidertrax wheel spacer/adapter to Toyota 6 on 5.5” pattern.
- Toyota OEM 17” steel wheels & Toyota lug nuts.
- Goodyear Duratrac 265/70-17 load E tires.
- 7-pin trailer wiring electrical connection.
- Sealed LED brake and backup lights.

- Custom build lid, with gas shock supports and locking latches.
- Custom built fenders.
- Drop tailgate with locking latches.

Completely refinished trailer frame and tub. The entire frame and tub was disassembled, sandblasted, and coated with POR-15 then top coated with automotive primer/paint.


Tent
- Eezi Awn Globetrotter trailer tent

- Queen size bed.
- Vestibule with removable sides.
- Integrated Series 1000 Awning.
- Ladder.

I have not weighed it, but some ballpark math I’d say it’s probably around 1000 pounds.

I can easily push it around.


RTT = 175
Tire/wheel/axle = 80 (guess)
Trailer (originally, off placard) = 570
Added sheet metal (lid, fenders, etc) = ??? 300pounds?
