For sale 2011 5th Gen 17" wheels and tires

Hey, what size were the original tires on your '07 4runner?. I'm thinking about buying 5th gen tires and wanted to know if they would be a direct bolt-on to my 06 4runner. Let me know. Thanks.

Justinlhc - The tire shop did not have to take the tires off the wheels to do the TPMS sensor removal/install as I watched them break the bead, then just push in tire to gain access.

Since I got a fair deal on a side note I will be posting for sale a set (4) of 4th Gen (2007) SR5 rims and tires (w/o TPMS) shortly for cheap.

The tires listed on Toyota.com for the 2011 SR5 are 26570R17. I have a 4th Gen SR5 and it came with 265/65R17's OEM, and as far as I know, all the 4th Gen T4R's that have 17" wheels run 265/65/17 from the factory.

The tires and wheels you bought off a 5th Gen SR5, I presume are 265/65/17's. My question for you is, jeeplife, are you stock height? And if so, do you get any rubbing at all at any time -- turning full lock either direction, hitting speed bumps, etc.?

I was surprised that the 2011 tires are 265/70/17. The 265/65/17 have an overall diameter of 30.56 inches and the 265/70/17 are 31.60 inches.

I am stock height with 40K mile old suspension. I have zero rubbing full turn in both directions, however the real test is to be off roading and when the suspension is flexing and in a turn; I will not have that problem as this rig is not meant for that. I just traveled 700 miles on them (Sacramento, CA to Olympia, WA) and hit many pot holes along the way and no rubbing was heard or seen.

Thanks for the measurement info. With an increase in diameter of roughly 1" over OEM 4th Gen tires, I would think the 5th Gen wheels and tires are raising your vehicle approx. 1/2" all the way around. It would be affecting the accuracy of your speedometer and odometer slightly also.
