Still in good shape, small scuffs but no deep scratches. Works perfectly except the vibrate on/off and volume buttons quit working, so phone will only vibrate when receiving calls/texts/alerts. Alarm still works, though. Can still play music and watch videos as well. May be able to jailbreak and override the problem to get it to ring. Just never tried.

Updated to 5.0.1.

Updated to 5.1 with no effect. Pretty sure it's a hardware problem. May be an easy fix if you know what you're doin.

It's currently AT&T.. if you unlock it you can use it with other carriers. I don't know how the unlocking works, I've only done the jailbreaking part.
