Surco roof rack with accessories:
Clamp mounts with adjustment key, cross bars, channel mounts, and a steel lockable jerry can holder ( jerry can NOT included )
The holder is mounted to particle board which provides a floor for loose gear.
It can be removed easily and reconfigured.
The rack itself is in good condition. It measures approximately 60x50. This setup will be sold with all the accessories listed here only ( I will not sell items separately )

Compatibility with 5th Gen....

Not sure I understand the first question,,,,,,but ill try answer the latter...

The clamp mounts may be repositioned on the rack to accommodate wide or narrow positioned roof rails. The clamps also can be adjusted to grab onto a thick or narrow sized rail. The clamp mounts may be removed and the channel mounts may be used instead for vehicles with rails having a "gutter" ie. 3rd Gens. ...

These clamps" appear" to be able to fit onto 5th gen roof rails.
As you can see in the photos the clamps have a flat surface on the inside and a curved surface on the outside, which appear to match the shape of the 5th gen rails.

Fyi I had this mounted on an 80 series LC with the clamp mounts, and a 3rd Gen with the channel mounts.
