? for someone who has personally installed a SC

I know quite a few of you guys have installed your 1st ans 2nd gen SC your selves. I know the top air intake manifold has to come off and stay off to put the SC on,....but does the LOWER air intake manifold have to come off also?

I'm returning my 2k 4R back to stock, but can't tell if the lower manifold is gone.
I know the top one is gone and was replaced by the SC. The lower air intake is left on and the SC connects to it...it that correct? Thanks

yes, the whole upper and lower intake manifold gets replaced by the supercharger.

So basically after I take off the SC...I will need to replace it with the stock lower air intake manifold and the stock upper air intake manifold (plenum) and probably replace all the gaskets too.

Is that about it for the big stuff, or are there other parts that need to be put back on to the engine to make it stock?

Thanks for the help. Some lucky guy will get a 1st gen SC in great shape with only 32k miles on it. No oil leaks and nice and quiet....until you step on it and hear that wonderful deep whine. It kinda reminds me of a jet engine taking off.
