My Chesapeake Bay Retriever: Jim "Tuck"

A little camping trip. He hangs out in the cargo area for the road trip, mostly lays down. My previous dog, a Golden Retriever, would stand up the whole time for an 8 hour car ride.

My boy just turned 1 a couple days ago, 97 lbs. A pic while we were camping a few weeks ago.

That's a Handsome boy. He's still got another 1-1.5. years of growth. Should be 145-150 lbs. Best thread on the forums!

Abby is a tripawd (front) and Charlie (left) was supposed to be a Corgi .... he ended up growing taller and longer hair than our last. Almost looks like a sheltie mix. We adopted Abby after her amputation and couldn't have asked for a better match with Charlie, they're BFFS4ever.


This was the day we adopted her...we were actually surprised they let us take her home.

This is Dude. He's a Catahoula leopard dog/ Black and Tan coonhound we rescued about a year and a half ago. On our recent trip to fly fish on the John Day he got the Hershey squirts and had to stop 4 times on the way there, threw up in his crate, and then stepped on a gopher snake without ever knowing it was there. He's the dumbest smart dog I've ever met.

Why thank you as is yours . Breeder estimated 130 or so. Here's one I took in the 4Runner yesterday and btw he loves car rides.

I've got two other older pups, but they don't get to go on many adventures since they are not nearly as well behaved and can't really jump up into the back of the 4r, so they mostly stay home.

Here is my best friend. He's as smart as they come...pretty much listens to everything I say and likes the 4Runner. I've got two other older pups, but they don't get to go on many adventures since they are not nearly as well behaved and can't really jump up into the back of the 4r, so they mostly stay home.

Beautiful dog! Had a nearly identical golden retriever for about 10 yrs. He has been gone for 3 yrs, but he was the best dog I've ever known. Can't replace 'em.

I had two Boxers, also rescues. They were my first dogs as an adult. I loved them, great dogs. Goofy as hell, they never grow up but it's part of their charm. I unfortunately lost them a couple years apart and I was an absolute train wreck by the time I lost the second one. Cancer sucks! I purposely adopted my Pit/Boxer mix rather than a pure bred this time around, I couldn't go through losing another one.

Yours are beautiful, they look like they're already best friends in that picture.

This is our office dog, Boomer. He belongs to my assistant, I told her she was hired as long as she brings him with her to work.

Really been thinking about getting this barrier net since he doesn't like staying in the back if i run inside somewhere, just don't know if I can convince myself with that price.
