Fordyce (FordICE) trip 27 Dec pics

Went to go check out Fordyce trail for the first time. I was warned that it was probably going to be kind of icy. Some was fun and some of it was just white knuckles. All in all good time. Really impressed with how my little IFS kept up with the SAS guys.

Think this is called Sunrise Hill. It was slick as owl $hit. Funny to watch a rig spinning all 4 tires at idle and going nowhere!

Bunch of guys kept going but this is where Ryan (FJ40) and I decided it was lunch time and a good place to turn around, it was already 4pm.

Not to far man, not even to the first water crossing. It was sloooooow going! Where the F is the snow at???? I really wanna hit High Lakes this year. Need to do another overnighter!

Snow sucks again this year. I doubt we will get any more.

FYI we will have a vendor booth at the Cal4wdAssociation Winter Fun Run in Grass Valley January 23-24. Not gonna wheel since there is no snow and the runner is so clapped out right now still, but the vendor show is inside at the Grass Valley Fairgrounds Friday/Saturday 5-9pm. If you get bored come cruise over and hang out!

I'm guessing it'll be smaller this year, but we will still go show support lol and we will see some friends and hang out with some adult beverages. You are welcome to join.
