Former FJ Guy...

I used to have an '08 FJ that was built up pretty nice with a Toytech ultimate lift, full BudBuild skids, Demello sliders, etc, etc and I recently sold it and bought an '01 Imperial Jade SR5 Sport with 75,000 on the clock.



I'm looking forward to building it up and seeing how it compares!

You will notice a big change going from the 120 platform to the older one, However, I am sure you will love it as much as your FJ.

What made you Swap FJ for a 3rd gen?

I needed something "smaller" for everyday and I was getting tired of the suicide style doors and only two windows that open.

Plus, I learned a lot from building up the FJ but did a lot of little things that I didn't need as it was the first rig I modified. So the 4runner is a clean slate to modify for the expedition style stuff we want to do with it. I'm going to keep it simple but do it right.
