Forum not loading for anyone else?

For the past week or two this forum hasn't been loading properly for me. My browser seems to finish loading but nothing is displayed.

I refresh the site anywhere from 1-4 times and eventually it loads normally. This has been happening pretty consistently.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
