95% of Springs start at 2" for a typical lift.

Fox Tundra 2.5's allow for 2" plus, just need to change out the bushing but that is all. It's been done here before so there's info on it.

No I have 2.5 and they have the res line. In 4 wheel parts they show the same shock so I think its just a display pic :noidea:

Not sure I can be much help. [MENTION=124732]LawnDart[/MENTION] and myself run LT front and rear and they are not currently off-the shelf solutions. I know mine are made for significantly more lift/travel than the ones listed. Mine have a 29" stroke... :bigok:

For the rears, you can order the Fox's with a longer rod end. Should be an off-the-shelf solution- try reaching out to Downsouth Motorsports. For Kings, if doing a custom order, you can swap out the shock shaft to a Tacoma with the threaded rod end and swap it as well.

Currently running the above Kings in conjunction with a Icon Overland spring and OME rear trim packers for full 2" rear lift.

In working with Fox to fix yet another issue with their fantastic products (sarcasm) I am asked to measure my rear icon 2" coils post-sag.

Does anyone already have the below measurements and can save me a trip to a shop

"The proper measurement is measured from top shock mount to bottom shock mount"

Basically top to bottom shock mounts of the icon coils without shocks installed.

I don't think so. I honestly don't remember what springs I have. I have the Fox 2.0 rear shock.

Thank you! That's what I'm saying.. why would you make a 1.5 shock when the industry standard is 2".. Saw is the only that makes 1.5 ... They need some major re-org.

It is weird I really wish someone would make a 1.5" spring I have no interest going 2"+.

But another route for anyone interested in a 1.5" or basically anything. About a year back when I was building a mid travel kit for my ram, that had no aftermarket support for performance oriented suspension only drop bracket lifts.

I was talking to Deaver they told me they can custom make any coil I want in linear or progressive rate with any length and spring rate I wanted. And if I remember right the prices were good also. It's something to look into technically they can copy metaltechs "long travel" spring but tailor it to any height of lift you want.

I've never done it. What are you trying to figure out?

I went with the Fox 2.0 in the rear also because of the 1.5" limit on the 2.5. I don't have any weight added to the rear so I feel the 2.0's are sufficient for me. If I recall, [MENTION=66300]Intruder[/MENTION] had custom 2.5 Fox's he ordered for his rears.

So my 2.0's blew out, like yours did. This is my fourth issue with a Fox product btw (for the greater audience).

I called them and I'm working with them to replace my rears with 2.5 DSC because I do not want another redone FOX shock. This would be the second time they redo them.

There lies the problem, their rear 2.5 DSC's support up to a 1.5" lift. So I need to make sure my icon coils dont extend further than the total length of the 2.5 DSC. In order to do that, I have to suspend the truck and measure from top to bottom shock mounting points. Which I dont have the tools to do so.

The 2.5's are more than just supporting heavier load. It's a much better built shock, can withstand alot more. I have the 2.5's in the front and absolutely love them (now that they clear my sway bar).
