What do you mean 2.0 are taken care of? As in shipped to the shop? I haven't heard an update, the last I heard was Sept. 25 so I have just been patiently waiting :couch2:

Did you order 2.5" front? A mixed order may be delayed but anyone who ordered only 2.0" should have taken delivery. PM me if you think there is an issue.

Ill look and see when I get a chance this evening. Opened up the box to see what was in it but didn't take anything out. Saw the 2 shocks and a small bag with hardware. I'd guess it's in the bag

I have talked to Chas about this and he has told me FOX was supposed to add them in every box but apparently they have not since nobody has received them. His email is [email protected]. I have not heard anything back and unfortunately thats all I can really do on my end. Since it seems like the issue is on FOX's end, I suggest calling or emailing them saying you were part of a T4R.org GB through TotalAutomotivePerformance and that you should have received a FREE spanner wrench as per the GB.

I have been in contact with the shop and with Mike over there. Three days into the week and they don't know where the shocks are. They don't know which warehouse it's in, shipping information, tracking number, east cost or west cost, it's really quite fascinating.


For you that have received your shocks, did you get a tracking number or did it just show up?

I guess part of the issue is that Fox doesn't ship directly to customers and Total automotive works with a third party, so that just adds another level of complexity.

I was hoping to get them installed this weekend but it may not happen.

Just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else has been wondering where there multi-thousand items are.

I got tracking numbers for my fronts and rears 3 days ago. The fronts had already arrived and the rears are MIA like yours. Dealing with Mike as well and he seems to be doing all he can.
