I have not received an update from TA yet since Tuesday when they denied offering the spanner with the group buy.

I still don't have a shipping number and the parts have not been delivered.

This is what I got yesterday. No tracking number or anything today. Still amazed by the lack of info coming from TA. 2.0 rears were supposed to arrive before my 2.5 fronts, fronts got here 2 weeks ago. How can you take this long to figure out where they are coming from. Also they should be doing more to keep the customer up to date on what is going on. Stuff happens, I get it, but the minute they have info they should pass it on. Why do I need to badger them to find out if they have any info this week?

I got a call yesterday saying that they have the rear 2.0's on shipment to the warehouse but Fox won't release any information regarding availability for the 2.5's.

So, as of yet, I still have NO idea when I will get my $2500 items that I paid for almost 2 months ago now :doh:

They are in frequent contact with the distributor and Fox.

He did mention that they will be sending spanner's to everyone, he wasn't aware that it was included. Maybe we'll get these next October?

Apparently it is only 2 of the 6 orders of the 2.0s that are being shipped.

Spanner wrenches have been sent out to everyone who placed an order with us. That was a communication issue on TAP's end which has be resolved. Not everyone was on the same page but rest assured the terms of the GB will be met....

As far those who are still waiting for their shocks, the delay is with FOX's end. Most orders have already been taken care of and shipped but a few are still waiting to be made. The ones that have yet to be completed are the DSC equipped shocks which are all made to order. My initial post clearly stated that ANY DSC equipped shock will take an extended period of time to complete. If you have not received a tracking number or have a number that is not working, it is either because the shock has not been made yet or because the shocks have not been scanned by the delivery company.

Today I came home to a shipment, that I wasn't aware I was getting, of course no tracking number or anything.

I open the box to find ONE faking 2.0 shock, just one :mad2:

I instantly called the shop and left a VM with Richard.

The way they packaged it doesn't even leave room for more than one, yet the distributors (Real Motor Works) had the balls to put Quantity of 2 on the packing slip.

I have no words. I just hope total automative makes this right

I had that issue with Real Motor Works before. I bet the other one will arrive this week....

They shipped both my rigid 6" separately.

I spoke with Richard today who indicated that they only had one available to ship and didn't want to hold on to it. So that makes sense.

Looking forward to a complete order hopefully by end of month.

Got my second 2.0 shock today, almost there!

The odd thing was, one was assembled more than the other, directly from FOX, since the packaging was sealed.

If FOX is this bad at getting new parts out to customers, how are they dealing with customers who already have shocks and need something fixed? I think this GB just made my decision a lot easier.

The shocks that people are waiting on are the 2.5 DSC's which are BUILT TO ORDER. There is a lead time that goes along with those WHICH WAS STATED IN THE VERY FIRST POST. Dealing with customers and repairs is handled differently. Most everything has been shipped already.....

Just received the rears, no spanner wrench tho. Still need to order springs and ucas. The front and rears are as expected of new parts. I was told a time frame of 3-4 weeks. The fronts arrived in 3 and the rears took about 7. I wasn't in a hurry so didn't mind the wait but was concerned. Imo just give accurate time frames and set expectations accurately and a lot of people would be fine.

I contacted TA yesterday about the spanner wrench and they shipped it yesterday evening. You may need to call and remind them. I spoke with Mike.
