Foxwing Awning/Annex Group Buy Round 3

Order has been sent to the manufacturer for processing. Once I receive the invoice I will make the payment. For those of you that haven't paid but are still in, I will make the payment out of my pocket in good faith that you will follow through with your payments as we agreed to.

Does anyone have pictures of this mounted to a Gobi rack (pref. on a 5th gen)? I am curious what kind of hardware is used to mount to the round tubes.
 
Payment has been sent to the manufacturer. It was delayed one day due to me having to verify invoice and banking info so we wouldn't have another "situation".
Manufacturer gave me an ETA for delivery of mid-June. If all goes well at customs and no delays I will have the products one week after they arrive at port. This will hopefully be by the end of June.

Not sure if anyone has mounted these on the round bar style gobi racks or not. Perhaps someone can chime in that has. The awning does come with mounting hardware. They come with L brackets with multiple mounting holes. You could either have someone weld spots onto the gobi for mounting or drill holes into the outer bars for mounting. There are also round tube mounts you can purchase and fasten onto the rack, if i'm not mistaken.

Is the annex just the walls and doors that attaches to the annex, or is it a separate system entirely?

Do you have photos for comparison of the two different size options?

Is there a cloth/fabric color difference? (I see two options on the second link you provided in your original post)

Will this mount to a Gobi roof rack?

How does warranty work, and what all is covered? (ha, covered)

I'm in Orange County, I can pick it up from you in LA area?

so, the annex is the wall/door setup that attaches to the awning. You cannot use the annex without the awning.

There are two sizes available, at this point, because I've already placed the order. I have one of the standard 2m foxwing awning in grey passenger side. This is the one that has a triangle shape cover over the side doors. I also have some of the square style 2m awnings in grey and sand color for driver and passenger sides. This is the awning that has cover over both side doors in a square shape. Lastly, I have one annex for a square driver side awning in grey. Colors are either grey or sand.

The awning comes with L brackets with multiple mounting points. It should work with a Gobi rack. Obviously, the style of flooring you have will determine if any necessary adjustments need to be made for it to work.

Manufacturer does offer a warranty, and I can do my best to help with that. Their warranty will cover the frame and not the fabric. It is a one year warranty. Keep in mind, if anything needs to be warrantied, it either will be handled with the next order placed to them or paying shipping for said part being warrantied. We're getting awnings that typically cost in the $500-$600 range for much less, and I've not heard or been contacted about any defects or warranty claims.

You can absolutely pick up from my warehouse.

UPDATE: Manufacturer notified me that our order will be ready to ship by the 20th of June. Typically, it is a 7-10 day ocean freight time, then whatever happens at port with customs, pickup, etc. End of June, beginning of July is still the ETA for this.

Hey Danny, I do have a couple of awnings left. I may have one with an annex. I can check and get back to you on it.

No annexes left but I do have some more awnings.

For anyone that might be interested, I have a member that purchased an awning and annex in the last GB that is looking to sell it. It is a 2.5m triangle style in grey. Let me know if you may be interested and I can get you in touch with her. It has not been used, according to the owner. Located in Oregon.
