Frame Rot!! Is this the end?

Next, I will be doing the frame.

I know it would have made more sense if I did the frame prior to any suspension work but didn't really see how bad the frame was until I tried to wire wheel it.

Checking with you to see if you have seen an easier method to get the frame out. I do not have a lift nor do I have access to one.

Slowly with lots of cribbing. Here's some pictures for a body removal (half of a frame swap...) during a 2uz swap:
