Freaky locks and window

So I bought my 03 4runner in Feb. The power locks and lift window never functioned. Went to the fuse for the power locks and found it wasn't there. Replaced it and locks worked fine. Drove it like that for a little bit and parked it one day and the locks started locking and unlocking by themselves. Just randomly. Doesn't always do it. So I pulled the fuse and said oh well. Then I thought maybe the key fob was the issue so I pulled the battery out of that and put the fuse back in. Drove for a week with no issues. Figured we were good. Came out one day to my keys locked in my car. So I pulled the fuse again and haven't worried about it since. Well then I decided I'd figure out why the back window won't roll down. Found the motor was unplugged. Plugged it in and rolled the window down and would roll up without help so the motor is weak. Assumed thats why it was unplugged. So I left it plugged in because then the defroster and wiper functioned which I wanted. Well I decided to throw the fuse back in for the locks. Drove it for a day with no issues. Then one day drove it and parked. Shut the car off and the locks freaked out and the rear window rolled down by itself! So I unolugged the motor and pulled the fuse. It seems the rear window rolls down when the locks freak. The only system this is involved with is the key fob as it has both the locks and window button on it. The fob doesn't have the battery in it so I don't believe that's the cause but maybe the module? (Body control module?) Anyone have an idea?!

Check the rear door lock tumbler. That lock rolls the window up and down and also locks and unlocks the doors. I bet someone replaced the outer release handle and screwed up the linkage inside the door going to the lock
