Free bug deflector for 4th Gen in NoVa

I'm not sure if its worth the trouble, but I hate to just throw it away. I have a bug deflector that came from the dealership with my 2007 4Runner. It was never installed and I have lost the mounting hardware (there are clips on the bug deflector, but not the hardware that screws it to the hood). It is free to whomever can come get it in Alexandria (Kingstowne) VA. I say its free, but you could bring a brother a six pack, or maybe a pizza, or some moon-pies. But, if you don't have beer or pizza or moon-pies, you can still have it.

Condition: although never installed, it has a scuff or two and a bit of white paint from being in my closet (the paint should come off).
