Freeze plug in cylinder head

Does anybody have a genius way to change the freeze plug on the back of the right cylinder head? 95 V6 auto It's leaking and I'll be DAMNED if I'm gonna crack my head gaskets if I don't HAVE to. What size is it exactly? Do they make expansion plugs that small? Will JB Weld get me through for a couple of years? I've had 4 4runners including this one and to be honest, this one is a disposable vehicle, but I can't afford to dispose of it just yet. Thanks.

I was just back there replacing the gasket on the coolant bypass, what a ***** that was, and to make it worse I'm lifted 4'' and had to lay across the engine to get back there... Thanks toyota. It can be done w/o taking the plenum and **** off, but youre going to chew your hands up. =X

drain the coolant below that level, and clean it really well. make sure its dry, and then use some RIGHT STUFF silicone sealer. totally cover the area.

that would work better than jbweld.
