Friend trying to sign up but it won't let him post? How can we fix?

Just signed up. I understand that they're trying to keep spam out and have a real community here. But I hope all of us 4Runner fans (including me!) get to post our questions soon.

I’m having the same issue.

When I attempt to click New Thread I receive the same message with the #1 highlighted in red, it indicates that you need to post a specific amount of times before the admins will let you start posting a new thread. This is to alleviate the spammers, bots, and trolls out there. I hope that this helps
