What can’t I attach a picture with my post as a new member
I understand that I need to make 15 post’s to create a new thread but when’s I try to attach a pic of my rig it says upload failed!

I had the same problem. Being a noob I didn't really have any experience to contribute anything useful so I just replied to some posts until somehow it finally allowed me to start my own posts. If there's a will there's a way...
