I think in theory you can only reply to threads here in this New Members area if less than 15 posts. Once you have more than 15 you can start new threads in this area.

You SHOULD be able to reply anywhere, you just cant start any new threads under 15 posts. I have definitely replied to threads not in the new members area.

Hello all, new guy here as well. So we need 15 posts in this area huh? Well I suppose I can post here a few times like the others have.

I understand about wanting to filter out some people who aren't really into things but 15 seems excessive.

As my name says, I am looking for a 5th Gen. I don't think there is a bad 4Runner out there. I had a 3rd Gen for a short time but want to get something newer with a bit more power.
