can't post until you hit the 15 min reply requirement. i'm trying to the same without "littering". read the new member thread and it will give you the rules.

I'm the one that created this thread to try to help people. I refer a ton of people to this website and have a guy that signed up and cannot reply to any existing threads. He’s tried multiple times to reply to an existing thread.

Anytime he tries to REPLY to an existing post, it says he must have 15 posts. He's not creating new threads, he's just trying to reply to existing posts.
