Kinda new to the forum so hello all from San Diego.
Haven't posted too much lately but i figured might as well start a build thread since i don't see too many built in my color.
First thing was clean out about 5lbs of dog hair from the PO (ugh disgusting) Removed running boards next. Maintenance came after i.e timing belt, water pump, idler pulley, serp belts, spark plugs, PCV valve, valve cover gaskets, coolant flush, brake flush, syn diff fluid, full syn 5W30 liquimoly... blah blah blah

Sorry for the crappy iphone pics:
This is how she currently sits..nothing special yet.

Welcome to the forum!

What LED's are you using for your dome, map and cargo lights?

I got them from Hazardous Lighting out of Alpine. Map lights are almost too bright at night. Dan Hazard the owner is helping me install a rear hatch light for camping and hood light for emergency trailside repairs. He does excellent work with converting/installing LEDs, HID projector retrofits, and custom automotive lighting.

I'm interested in seeing the front bumper better. Looks like you deleted the lower plastic valance? I am thinking of doing the same. Just would like to see what one looks like without. I have the same LED's in mine. Love them.

Love the wheels man. Want to do the same with mine. How did you prep/paint those guys?
1. Rinsed wheels off with soap and water..let dry.
2. Sanded with high grit sand paper.
3. Wiped down with acetone...let dry.
4. Sprayed self etching primer...2 coats let 1 hour to dry.
5. Sprayed Duplicolor graphite wheel paint ...4 coats... 10 mins between coats.
6. Sprayed clear coat enamel the next day...2 coats.. 5 mins between coats.
7. Let dry for min 2-3 hours.
8. Had a 6 pack of Stellas.

Most likely some bilstein smooth body shocks on some custom mounts. The above pics are with brand new 99 tall coils. Waiting for 906's to come in.

I'm running super flex and 94 land cruiser shock from auto parts store. Then my kings up front with no rake. About 3.5" of lift.
