i dig the open hood scoop, deff add some better cooling for the engine, and dust? really? if you own a 4runner and you worry about dust in your engine bay then a 4runner is not right for you.

I live on a dirt road, so dont come preaching to me about dust. My truck is dirty again the day after I wash it. All I was saying the open scoop does nothing but collect dust and other debris.

lol thats why i never wash mine, also hood scoop is also good for this

Hav'nt really updated this thread in a while.

I put the truck up for sale a couple months ago due to a lack of motivation after seeing all these cool build threads, thinking I'd never get on a solid level. BUT thankfully I changed my mind and decided to keep it.

I began to piece together parts for my lift and eventually ended up going with Bilstein 5100's up front, and 5125's in the rear along with LC 8 wraps
