front brake line holder rusted off, replacement part number?

Hi there

I finally got to fluid filming my 4th gen, but when i started scraping off the old parts i realized my passenger side brake line hold which holds the two ridged lines rusted off the frame, is there a replacement part i can order to give my mechanic?

i had to grab a pic off the internet

any idea what part number this is? how critical is it that i get it pinned down from vibrations?

I went over to parts.toyota website to find the brake line diagram. The diagram is sort of a pile of crap and hard to figure out what’s what but those brackets are pretty easy to pick out. The problem is the bracket is part of the L-fitting, and in all likelihood the associated brake line fittings screwed into that L-fitting will be impossible to salvage so you need to replace the lines or I guess get new fittings and appropriate brake line fab tools. I’ve never done brakes so I really don’t know.

I can post up the part numbers I have and the diagrams I found in the morning if you haven’t found them by then.

I plan on replacing the same parts myself. I think I priced both driver and passenger side lines/fittings all the way to the caliper from the master cylinder at around $150 for OEM. Those brackets in your photos were around $22 a piece if I recall correctly.

This is what you need: Toyota P/N 9041210245

Looks like $20 part. It is simply a right angle M10X1.0 inverted flare fitting.

thanks! could you kindly post it or let me know what section it was in? I tried looking for the lines but maybe i was looking in the wrong section im usually pretty good.

Thanks man wow only 20 dollars. I was half expecting it to cost more money for nor eason. Looks like the bolt is stuck in the hole though. hopefully its easy to get out.

ill have to bring it to mechanic first to see if he things he can take it apart without it getting ****ed up
