I made this bumper during the summer but never had time to post up what I did.
I finally put my engineering degree to use and designed a bumper. It took me a month or so to finish the design by making card board templates and doing test fits.
I found a shop that laser cut me the blanks and bent a couple pcs. It was shocking the first time I went to pick up the pieces. The front plate was 16 feet long! It was sitting across 3 skids. I quickly got the guy to come out with the drawings and we verified I had my dimensions right. I guess the op running the laser scaled up the parts 4x. I'm sure he got a stern talking too. unfortunately I didn't take a picture.

Got it welded up, parts fit together surprisingly well.
And final results. It took me awhile to source the piaa 510 fog lights I wanted but they eventually came up on kijij and I mounted them later. The bars I had professional bent as well.
