Front Bumpers. Who has best Customer Service?

All three make wonderful products. The biggest complaint against ShrockWorks is their usually long wait times. Though I will say that while it took close to 5-6 months to get my ShrockWorks Bumper Mark gave me updates every time I emailed him, was very nice and apologetic about delays. He even threw in an ARB Snatch Strap as a consolation for my wait and when my bumper arrived without the shackles I ordered he Next-Day shipped them to me with an apology.
From what I have seen/heard from Demello & Relentless they have great customer service as well and tend to be a little quicker than ShrockWorks (granted my experience was 3years ago, so perhaps they have gotten better now.)
CBI is also a great company who makes quality products and they're customer service is wonderful as well (I purchased Sliders from them and they were also very communicative and helpful.)
RCI doesn't make bumpers, but I might as well throw them in here to. My experience with Josh at RCI was wonderful in regards to the Skid Plates I bought and I have to give them a shout out since we're talking about quality service.

I only have experience with Shrockworks but the customer service was great. Always a prompt response to emails or calls. Yes, the lead times are longer but you know that going in (or should) and I received mine within the estimated time range.

I can only speak for my experience with CBI and relentless fab. CBI was excellent, the bumper shipped the same day I paid as it was already finished. Relentless was impossible to give my money to over the span of 2 weeks I called every number I could find for them, send multiple emails, posted in every thread I could find that they had started, and sent private messages on 2 or 3 forums. They responded consistently, consistently NO RESPONSE to any of my attempts. Needless to say I don't own anything from them. I got my ARB front bumper from 4wheelparts but follow up service from ARB is always the best.

I did a lot of research before I bought my first bumper and 3 bumpers later...Shrockworks still is the best.

Awesome feedback thanks so much guys. Shrockworks looks Great and sounds pretty well built. Demello looks really nice as well. Seen a lot of Nice rigs with both. There is No Big hurry either as You get what you pay for and a Quality product isn't done overnight. They add so much to the look on the Runner.

CBI. Great service and communication, fast and made to order, easy install, and much lighter than Shrockworks. Not a critical thing I can say, and the bumper looks sweet! I spent over a year trying to decide which one would be best for my application (they're all great), and absolutely no regrets.

CBI earned my business purely from customer service alone. Nobody else even came close to their level. They've got a customer for life in me.

I went with Shrockworks for my flat top front bumper with custom light buckets. Ordered it in 8/2013 and received it in 1/2014. I think I'd have gotten it a month sooner if we hadn't been customizing it. Mark was great to deal with and responded quickly to all my emails and phone calls. He kept me in the loop with the drawings of the custom work and progress until it shipped. Great product and equally great customer service; I'd definitely use them again.
I have a CBI rear bumper without swing arm that I got 5/2012. Dealt with Nathan a bit prior to ordering it and he was very responsive. Just received their ditch light brackets in 2/2014. All of it is well made and shipped quickly. If I decide to go with a swing arm rear bumper in the future I won't hesitate to go with them again. I didn't go with them for front bumper only because I preferred the looks of the Shrockworks.
I dealt with Jason DeMello back when I got my bolt-on sliders in 8/2010. He too was fantastic to deal with. When the sliders shipped, the packaging got damaged and all the mounting hardware was missing when I received it. They shipped me out replacement hardware free of charge the next day. Sliders are solid and so was everyone I dealt with at DeMello. Only reason I didn't go with them for front bumper was they didn't have splash guards and I didn't want to deal with relocating washer fluid resi.
Although they don't make a front bumper for 4th gens, I've harassed Bud at BudBuilt a few times to design one. I think they'd come out with a nice design if they ever do it. I just couldn't wait any longer and couldn't send him my truck to fab one. They're customer service has been great over the years.
That's been my experience. Sounds pretty much like you can't go wrong, whatever you decide...
