Front chrome bumper OEM Flares for 99 T4r

Hey everyone. Been a while since I have had a 3rd gen and it needs a new front bumper. Is that something I can get new or are there better options.
Also it’s a non flared runner but it has running boards that im going to remove. Can I just run the factory mud flaps or do I need the flares too?

I was looking at these on rock auto yesterday:

1999 TOYOTA 4RUNNER 3.4L V6 Bumper | RockAuto

The chrome sections on my front and rear also need replacing. $100ea isn't bad at all... plus shipping of course.
