Front dash speaker grill

Hey guys I need a big favor. I had a remote start installed in my 15 trail yesterday and today noticed that the speaker grills in the dash may be misaligned just a bit.

My ocd is driving me crazy. Not sure if its really different but I think I remember it being flush on all 4 sides. Now the front side seems to have a bit of a lip where the grill meets the dash. Almost like the grills edga that is closest to the passenger is raised a bit higher than the point where it contacts the dash.

Can anyone graba quick pic of what theirs looks like?

How would I pop these off to fix them? Does it require removing the whole dash?

Any thread involving replacement of the dash speakers would help you with that, use the search function. To remove the covers, put tape over the tip of a flathead screwdriver and pop them out.
