front diff problem

So me and my buddy replaced wheel bearings and CV axles on both sides. After that I noticed the passenger side front diff is leaking gear oil around the area where the CV goes into the diff. After a week or driving I got a new CV axle seal, I believe thats what you call. We put the new one flush with the differential housing. Today, I still.notice wet, gear oil around that area. What is the problem ?

Is your cv not sitting properly(is it locking in like normal)? how the rubber seal on the diff on that side? any visual damage?

Everything seems to sit normal. How deep does the outer shaft seal suppose to sit inside ?
