Front Diff Stub-shaft/Passenger Side bearing replacement

Have a oil leak on the passenger side where the CV goes into the stub shaft. Have replaced the seals 3 times and it is clean for about 20 miles and starts leaking again. This happens on 2 different CV’s (both new).

When I rebuilt the front diff the only thing I didn’t do was replace that output shaft bearing. So I am thinking it is far enough out of tolerance that it is killing the seals.

Question - can I pull off the stub shaft on the vehicle? Do I have to remove the actuator?

Thanks in advance for the input.

How far are you driving in the seal? Should only be driven in 5.5mm.

The seal depth is set at 5.5mm as specified.
